BUFFALO 1.5l ice cream machine, excellent condition

This is for a Buffalo 1.5l ice cream machine. It has been used but is in very good condition.

Great for Christmas, parties or just for producing endless range of flavours.... No need to prefreeze bowls etc; ready to go. Effortlessly produce up to 1.5 litres of delicious. Ice cream with the powerful and reliable Buffalo ice cream maker. Featuring it's own built-in freezing unit, simply add your ingredients and the machine will automatically mix, freeze and fluff the mixture to produce light and indulgent ice cream, sorbet or frozen yoghurt. As there's no need to pre-freeze the bowl beforehand, you can save vast amounts of time and freezer space in comparison to pre-freeze machines.

The lid features a handy pouring chute, allowing you to add ingredients during the process, ensuring a smooth, consistent addition of chocolate, nuts or fruit. Perfect for restaurants, cafes, bistros or even the home. Dimensions 245(H) x 402(W) x 281(D)mm.

Temperature Range -18°C to -35°C. Easy clean stainless steel construction. Easy to use and clean. I have refurbished this item in my workshop as a catering engineer which I have been for over 30 years. I always use genuine and original parts, unless otherwise stated.
